Our village Baltasi is located in one of fine corners of Tatarstan. The Baltasinsky area is known far outside of republic. It is edge of huge agricultural grounds and the enterprises, edge of the big successes and achievements.

    The grammar school - our pride became a village ornament. The grammar school arrangement in such known area simply obliges its collective to be up to the mark, to correspond to time requirements, to answer inquiries of pupils and parents.
    The organisation of teaching and educational process according to inquiries of pupils and parents is impossible without modern material base.
    The building of a grammar school constructed on a standard project, has recreations and the offices which interior is issued on the basis of conclusions and recommendations of the psychologist. For registration traditional wooden designs and modern composite materials so that in classes warm and cheerful conditions were created.
     At the organisation of workplaces of pupils and teachers the special attention is given to a selection and arrangement of furniture, training means, results of medical inspection of pupils, sanitary-and-hygienic requirements of the organisation of educational process etc.

    But, taking into account that perfection does not have a limit, in a grammar school the great attention is given to methodical work with teachers. In methodical work the traditional seminars, open lessons and actions are successfully combined with such modern forms as a month of subject days, a master class, a pedagogical consultation etc. All of them are directed on the decision of educational and educational problems of collective.

All participants of 1 - 5 classes within a week visit employment of all studios, and pupils of 6-9 classes - employment of two studios in a week (at the choice).
     A special role in formation of the positive relation to free time carrying out traditions and grammar school holidays as occupy a phenomenon of school culture.
     «An annual cycle of Holidays and Traditions» the complex pedagogical reception, which basic idea - a continuity in expectation and realisation of joyful events and affairs represents, filling of a school life by steady elements of the positive emotional relation to an event in a grammar school. Participating in preparation and carrying out of actions, schoolboys develop skills, using the knowledge; the culture of leisure, experience of the organisation of the free time is simultaneously brought up.
    In a grammar school the festival of hot teams of KVN «Your health and your free time», competition of performances class «Health Theatres» uses a great popularity. Active participation of children and adults in preparation and carrying out of festivals yields good results. So, «the Health Theatre» grammar schools has occupied I place in republican festival in 2001 and in 2002, the command of KVN of a grammar school «Unclassified materials» has occupied II place in 2002 and I place in 2003 in republican festivals «Your free time and your health».

The established prices for agricultural production, manufacture of necessary quantity of vegetables on jam, attraction of money of parents - all it allows to organise a food of pupils according to requirements of SanPin. All pupils of a grammar school receive hot breakfasts, and children visiting groups of prolonged day (1 - 5 forms), - dinners. Within an academic year vitaminization of dishes is spententation principle in teaching of natural sciences.
     Condition and component of practical realisation healthy caring educational technology - formation of culture of health of pupils - one of the major problems of a grammar school. It can be successfully solved only in the presence of necessary level of culture of health at teachers. Therefore in a grammar school it is given particular attention to preparation, improvement of professional skill and continuous training to these questions of teachers, the psychologist, the social teacher and heads.
     Pedagogical workers of the Baltasinsky grammar school, participating in various projects on use healthy training educational technologies in UVP since 2000, have systematically been prepared for this work. The big possibilities participation in the international project «Training to Health in educational institutions of the Russian Federation» (since 2003) has opened, which mainstream - scientifically-methodical maintenance of application of interactive methods for the purpose of inculcation by the pupil of bases of a healthy way of life. Preparation of teachers includes participation in trainings, discussion and the analysis of typical situations, the design work devoted to construction healthy caring of educational space of school and other forms of study, allowing the teacher not only to use ZOT at the lessons, but also to help other teachers, administration to transform school in a place where competently care about health. We aspire to that the teacher was not only preacher HWL, and itself conducted an active and healthy way of life. Everything that becomes for preservation and strengthening of health of pupils, is accessible also to workers of a grammar school. Creating conditions, organising healthy life of children, teachers and are involved in this process.
     Workers of a grammar school participate in work of sports sections together with pupils.
     Commands of teachers actively participate in sports competitions. The grammar school command occupies prize-winning places in regional competitions on cross-countries, track and field athletics, to football.
    Following the results of 2003 7 workers - members of national teams of area by various kinds of sports - became participants of Ball of sports stars.
     How to make a grammar school a place attractive both for children, and for parents? This question excites each teacher of our grammar school. We search for the answer to it from the date of opening. After all children blindly copy leisure of adults which frequently in families understand as a good feast. Joint actions for children and their parents, spent to ours the grammar school, is, first of all, a platform of their human dialogue.
    Parents in a grammar school, communicating with each other and children during actions, took themselves easier, and the main thing, show a personal example - do, as I, do together with me, do and arrive better me. Where to scoop to children experience of the organisation of the leisure, to get skills of culture of rest, as not at usual friendly meetings, on parties, on school holidays. Here examples of such actions where parents actively participate.
    «Day of the Grammar school». Parents take part in relay race «the Daddy, mum and I - hope of a class», in ritual «Dedication in grammar-school boys».
     A New Year's Carnival - «Execution of desires». Parents prepare gifts for children, at carrying out of class evening «Execution of desires» - will organise a holiday in wood, prepare surprises etc.
     Joint holidays on ice, ski sorties, campaigns on the nature which will be organised annually and in each class, are the brightest events for children in a chain of every day educational days. But at grammar-school boys hockey tournament with participation of commands of pupils, graduates of a grammar school, parents and teachers and ski relay race of commands of classes in which structure pupils and parents act uses special popularity.
     Similar holidays are necessary not only for creation of good mood at children for long time, they also promote formation at parents and children of skills of interesting pastime.
     The worth-while experiment of the organisation of summer vacations of pupils is saved up. At this time socially useful productive work of pupils of 5-10 classes on a prishkolno-skilled site and on fields of sponsored collective farm will be organised, also for pupils of 1-3 classes works (in two changes) a recreation camp "Robust fellow".   
     Camp work joins treatment elements. For this purpose before change opening physical examination is spent. By its results the pediatrist appoints following courses:
         - inhalations;
         - exercises on scoliosis preventive maintenance,
        - Water procedures;
        -aromaterapshe;
        - phytoteas;
        -muzykoterapija.
